Step 1: Call & Schedule – when you give us a call at 650-229-5318, we can chat over the phone to discuss your needs. Whether you’re shopping for window coverings like roman shades, pleated shades, shutters, or flooring we can go over all of your options.
Step 2: Designer Arrives & Takes Measurements – During COVID-19 we want our customers to feel comfortable so we offer a few different options. For windows, you’re welcome to take the measurements yourself. We’ll walk you through how to do it step-by-step. But don’t worry, before we place the order, we’ll double-check all of the measurements to make sure they’re 100% correct. For flooring options, it’s more involved, but we can give you a ballpark estimate when you provide us with the general square footage.
For window coverings, sample color swatches can be ordered and mailed to you if you’d like. The same is true for some flooring samples. You can truly get a good idea of designs, colors, options, and costs virtually. Plus, you can see samples when they arrive in your mail.
Step 3: Discuss Project Options – Once you have an idea of your choices, one of our trained staff will come to your location to double-check all measurements. We can also verify the exact window coverings or flooring you want and bring additional samples if you’d like. For your safety, all of our staff follows COVID-19 best practices including:
- Frequent hand washing
- Wearing gloves
- Wearing masks
- Social distancing
If you’d prefer, we’re happy to come to your location when you’re not there and take measurements and leave extra samples. It’s your choice because we want to make you feel comfortable.
Once we’ve confirmed all measurements and you’ve decided on your project options we move onto the next step.
Step 4: Collect Deposit – to begin your project, we collect your initial deposit. We can also give you a tentative date that your order will arrive.
Step 5: Wait for Products – While we’re waiting for your order, we’ll stay in touch to give you any updates. When everything arrives, we’ll contact you to schedule the installation.
Step 6: Install – Now comes the fun part. Your installation. You can expect not only the exact materials you ordered but also expert installation. Our goal is your 100% satisfaction.
